Helicopter used in search for man

A Sea King helicopter equipped with heat-seeking cameras has been used by Norfolk police carrying out a search for a missing 47-year-old man.

Christopher Rounce was reported missing from an address in Crompton Road, Aylsham, early this morning.

He is white, 5ft 9ins tall, medium build, with light coloured balding hair and tattoos on his arm and neck.

Police said the helicopter carried out low level sweeps in and around the market town of Aylsham after dark.

"It is believed Mr Rounce may be riding a light green mountain bicycle and wearing leather or cotton motorcycle clothing," a police spokesman said.
