Officers question murder suspect

Police have continued questioning a man arrested on suspicion of murdering a 72-year-old man in Norfolk.

Officers were called to Princes Street in Swaffham on Wednesday night where they found the dead man, and a woman with knife injuries.

The woman, aged in her 40s, is being treated in hospital.

The 45-year-old arrested man continued to be questioned by Norfolk Police officers following an application for further detention.
