Two arrests in fatal hit-and-run

Two people have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal hit-and-run in Norfolk.

A man was found lying in Rottenstone Road in Scratby, shortly after midnight on Sunday.

The victim, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene. The car which police believe was involved was later found in California, Norfolk.

Police appealed to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
