John Hewison, 61, of Helgate Court, Norwich, and Grant Scrivener, 23, of Evans Way, Norwich, both admitted conspiracy to supply cocaine.
Police found the drug when they searched the defendants' home addresses in April, this year.
Hewison was jailed for three-and-a-half -years and Scrivener got a four-year prison term at Norwich Crown Court.
The court heard the drug was for wholesale supply in Essex.
Handing down sentence Judge Paul Downes told the pair: "It seems to be an organised enterprise. You were bringing into Norfolk relatively large quantities of the drug."
