Pair in court over baby's death
A teenage mother and her boyfriend have appeared before Norwich magistrates charged in connection with the death of her 11-month-old daughter.
Ruby Spinks died in hospital on Sunday after being admitted with breathing problems. She died from head injuries, a post-mortem examination revealed.
A boy, 16, has been charged with Ruby's murder. Laura Spinks, 18, was charged with causing or allowing her death.
The pair, both of Great Yarmouth, have been remanded in custody.
They are to due to appear at Norwich Crown Court on 1 October.
