The unsolved rape of a 71-year-old woman in Norfolk almost 13 years ago is to feature in a television programme which offers money for information.
The victim was attacked on a path known as The Gallops, at West Harling Heath, Norfolk on 7 June 1994.
An investigation took place before the case was passed for cold case review in 2004.
Det Ch Insp Neil Firm said: "This is an extremely serious case which has never been forgotten about."
The victim, now aged 84, was interviewed for the programme at her home in the north west of the country.
"We will not give up - we will continue to investigate this offence until we catch the person responsible"
A profile of the offender suggested he was local or familiar with the area.
He was described as being of Mediterranean appearance, about 5ft 7ins, aged between 15 and 17 and travelling on a bike.
Det Ch Insp Firm said: "This type of attack against an elderly person is extremely rare.
"It may well be that someone has been told something or knows something about this offence, albeit the crime is 12 years old.
"We will not give up - we will continue to investigate this offence until we catch the person responsible."
The attack will feature in ITV's new series "Reward", which is offering £10,000 for information leading to an arrest.
