Urban free runners to join show

A free runner

A group of free running athletes are set to challenge local enthusiasts as part of a Liverpool city centre show.

The parkour event, held in the new Liverpool One shopping development, will showcase the urban art of running across buildings and walls.

Participants aim to move from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Local people will be invited to go head to head with the Urban Free Flow performers putting on the show.
