Man bailed in shop shooting probe

The scene of the shooting

The 15th person arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a shop worker in Greater Manchester has been bailed, detectives said.

Nasar Hussain, 30, died when he was shot in the chest and stomach in Brookhouse Wines, Salford, on 4 July.

The man, 22, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.

Ryan Manning, 21, is charged with murder. Another 10 people have been bailed and a man, woman and boy, 17, have been released without charge.

The 22-year-old man has been bailed until 28 July pending further inquiries, said Greater Manchester Police.

Mr Manning, 21, of Bird Street, Higher Ince, appeared before Manchester Magistrates' Court on Monday.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) has launched an investigation to establish what Greater Manchester Police officers knew before the incident.
