A teacher who was suspended after starring in a raunchy video has been cleared to return to work.
English teacher Sarah Green, 25, was suspended from her post at Stockport Grammar School in January.
The clip was a promotional video for a construction-wear company and was never shown on television, but was distributed round building firms.
It was shot two years before Miss Green joined the school and it was decided there were no grounds for dismissal.
Sarah Green was suspended from her job after the advert was circulated among students at the school via the video-sharing website, YouTube.
The video was filmed when Ms Green worked as a model and before she trained as a teacher.
'Function effectively'
Governors are worried that the video may affect how she is treated when she returns to work, and a meeting has been set up with the school's head teacher, Andrew Chicken.
Dozens of comments from pupils were left on YouTube.
A statement released by the school said: "The circumstances of Sarah Green's appearance in a promotional film before she became a teacher have now been fully investigated by a panel of governors.
"They have decided that nothing has been disclosed to them which constitutes grounds for dismissal or other disciplinary action.
"It has expressed concern about the degree of support she will need in order to function effectively as a teacher upon her return.
"The headmaster will now discuss these issues with Miss Green and her advisers in order to be sure that she is able to make a full contribution as a teacher at Stockport Grammar School."
The £7,000-a-year school was founded in 1487 and is an independent co-educational day school for primary and secondary age pupils.
