Lightning-hit school is to reopen
Pupils at a Manchester school are set to return to class - four days after the premises were hit by lightning during weekend storms.
Students at Wright Robinson Specialist College on Abbey Hey Lane, Gorton, will be resuming normal lessons on Thursday.
The school roof was hit by lightning on Sunday which caused a small fire in a paper vault and cut off the power.
Head teacher Neville Beischer said: "We have managed to sort everything out and the school will reopen on Thursday."
