Two men arrested over stab attack

Two men have been arrested following a stabbing which left the victim in a serious but stable condition.

The man, who is in his 20s, was attacked on Putney Heath, in Putney, shortly before 0500 BST on Sunday.

He was taken to a south London hospital by ambulance where his condition is said to not be life-threatening.

The arrested men, whose ages are unknown, were taken to a south London police station where they are being questioned over the stabbing.
