Man is bailed over fatal stabbing

Mark Woods A 58-year-old man has been arrested after a man in his 30s was stabbed to death in north London.

Mark Woods, 32, from Enfield, suffered a stab wound to the heart after being attacked on Hertford Road shortly before midnight on Friday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene early on Saturday.

The arrested man has been bailed to return to an east London police station later in March, pending further enquiries.
