Hundreds evacuated in flats fire
Up to 200 people were forced to leave their homes during the night when a fire broke out in a parade of shops.
More than 30 firefighters tackled the blaze which engulfed a shop and the flats above Grand Parade in Green Lanes, Haringey, north London.
London Fire Brigade said most of the roof and the third floor was destroyed.
Ambulance crews treated 21 people at the scene who were suffering from the cold and brought in extra blankets to help keep people warm.
The fire was put out by 0830 GMT on Saturday and most of the residents were allowed to return home.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said about 20 people had not been able to return home due to fire damage.
