Second charge over fatal stabbing

Faridon Alizada A second man has been charged with the murder of an 18-year-old who was fatally stabbed.

Faridon Alizada, of Bexley, south-east London, was killed and two teenagers were wounded in an attack in Erith, south-east London, on 5 January.

Michael Harwood, 32, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder, attempted murder and wounding with intent.

Lee James, 32, of no fixed address, appeared in court charged with murder on Wednesday.

He has also been charged with attempted murder and wounding with intent.

Mr Harwood will appear at Barking Magistrates' Court on Saturday.

A post-mortem examination showed Mr Alizada was stabbed twice in the chest.

One of the other victims remains in a stable condition in hospital. The other one was discharged after receiving treatment.
