Block of flats ravaged by blaze

An entire four-storey block of flats in south London is on fire, the London Fire Brigade has said.

About 40 firefighters are tackling the blaze at the residential flats on Marston Way, Upper Norwood, which broke out at about 2220 GMT on Tuesday.

The third floor and parts of the roof have collapsed under the flames, though all residents have escaped safely.

Emergency services have also evacuated nearby homes following the blaze. About 30 people were moved.
