London's Transport Museum has reopened after two years following a £22.4m refurbishment project.
The museum, at Covent Garden in central London, traces the history of the city's transport system dating back nearly 200 years.
A 100-seat education room, more display space and new galleries were added as part of the refurbishment project.
Developments in transport in cities, such as Delhi, New York, Paris, Shanghai and Tokyo are also displayed.
The display, called World Cities, has footage of public transport from these cities which were contributed to the museum's page on online social networking group, Facebook.
The new galleries host a number of interactive displays for children, including a special section which predicts what public transport would look like in 50 years' time.
A treasure of exhibits including 12 full-size vehicles, an omnibus dating back to 1910 and horse trams are housed at the museum.
