Six held over firearms incident

Six people have been arrested following a gun incident in south London.

A police spokesman said officers were called to a bar in Streatham High Road at 0556 GMT on Sunday to reports of two men with firearms.

They men are believed to have left the scene in separate cars before officers arrived, with no shots being fired.

Four men and two men were later arrested in connection with the incident. Stanthorpe Road in Streatham is currently closed.
