Singer Amy Winehouse was in court to see her husband remanded in custody accused of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, of Camden, north London, was one of five men arrested by the Metropolitan Police.
He appeared at Thames Magistrates' Court along with Anthony Kelly, 25, of Chalk Farm, who faced the same charge.
Mr Fielder-Civil and Mr Kelly were remanded in custody and will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 23 November.
Ms Winehouse's father Mitch was with her in the public gallery throughout the hearing, which was also attended by Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty.
Police raid
Two other men, aged 19 and 22, arrested during the Metropolitan Police inquiry have been released on bail.
A 36-year-old man, who was arrested in Derbyshire, remains in custody at a north London police station.
Mr Fielder-Civil was one of five men arrested over the last two days on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to a court case due to start on Monday.
Police searched Ms Winehouse's home in north London as part of their investigation, although the couple were not in at the time of the raid.
On Friday, the singer's record label said the rescheduling of the first dates of her UK tour, which was due to start at the Manchester Apollo next week, was unrelated to the incident at her home.
