Helicopter used in windfarm fight

Protesters have been using a helicopter and flares in their fight against a proposed windfarm in Lincolnshire.

The Baumber Windfarm Action Group wanted to show local MPs the height of the planned turbines.

The proposed turbines on the site at Baumber near Horncastle would stand 85m (278ft) high to the hub with rotors about 90m (295ft)in diameter.

Enertrag UK, the firm behind the plans, has said it will listen to any concerns that local residents may have.
