Motorcyclist dies at crash scene

A man has died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a Land Rover on a Lincolnshire road.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash on Saddleback Road in Skidbrooke, near Louth, at about 0540 GMT.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 29-year-old driver of the Land Rover, who is from the local area, was not hurt. The road has been closed while investigations are carried out.
