Appeal for photos of tragic baby

Police have appealed for the return of a stolen laptop computer, containing photos of a baby who has died.

The silver Acer laptop was taken during a burglary on Garfield Close, Lincoln on Wednesday night or Thursday morning.

Several high-value items were stolen including computer equipment, cameras and a satellite navigation system.

A spokesperson from Lincolnshire Police said the photos were of great sentimental value and urged anyone with information to contact them.

The thieves got in by forcing a window on the back door of the house, officers said.
