A contract caterer at Donington Park race circuit in Leicestershire has claimed the firm is owed thousands of pounds by the track's operators.
Eclipse Catering has provided the hospitality at the track for nearly eight years but said a £46,000 bill has not been paid.
Donington Ventures Leisure Ltd (DVLL)said they are in the process of paying any outstanding costs to the company.
But a spokesman for DVLL said he would not confirm the amount owed.
Caterer, Paula Sturges, said: "We've done as much as we possibly can to support Donington.
"I'm very, very angry now."
'No credit'
In a statement, DVLL chief executive Simon Gillett said: "Donington Park is in the process of settling any outstanding accounts.
"The contract with Eclipse came to an end at the end of February and has continued on an ad-hoc basis since then.
"It came to a head on 9 May when Eclipse said they wouldn't make any further credit available.
"Eclipse can go onto the site and collect their equipment and it will not be used by anyone else."
Last month it was revealed the circuit owners, Wheatcroft & Son Limited, is seeking £2.47m in rent arrears from Donington Ventures Leisure Ltd (DVLL).
