Motorist killed in road accident

A motorist was killed when his car was involved in a crash in Leicestershire, police have said.

Paul Boyt, 45, from North Kilworth, was travelling along the A304 Lutterworth Road in the early hours of Saturday.

Police said his green BMW Mini Cooper left the road and landed in a ditch. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Leicestershire Police have appealed for any witnesses to the accident to contact them.
