A father from Leicester who lost his disability benefit after a charity bike ride has taken his case to a tribunal.
Danny Johnson-Green, 25, has a condition which affects the muscles down one side of his body.
The 200 mile cycle trip was organised to help his sons, who have leukaemia, but he found his £300 allowance halted and was ordered to repay £2,500.
The tribunal is expected to rule on Wednesday. The Department of Work and Pensions has declined to comment.

Mr Johnson-Green was born with hemiplegia which affects his mobility and movement.
He raised almost £1,300 for cancer charity Clic Sargent from the ride from Leicester to London and back last March.
"My left leg did all the pedalling and my feet were strapped to the pedal, as I told the tribunal.
"My left side did all the work, when I steered the bike my right side just followed along," he said.
The tribunal heard he would cycle four or five miles before taking a rest and had a support vehicle in close attendance.
Mr Johnson-Green is backed by the disability rights charity Mosaic.
His sons Terry and Jamie, aged two, were diagnosed with leukaemia within 24 hours of each other in November 2006 and are now in remission.
