Man, 38, charged over fatal crash

A man has been charged with causing the death of a 19-year-old in a car crash in Lancashire 10 months ago.

Andrew Taylor, from Burnley, died when the car in which he was a passenger crashed on Blackburn Road at Clayton-le-Moors in September 2008.

Another 19-year-old man, a backseat passenger, suffered minor injuries.

A 38-year-old man, from Rishton, will appear before Hyndburn Magistrates' Court on 29 July charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
