Police have launched a double manhunt after bloodstained clothing belonging to a missing man was discovered in Burnley.
Detectives said the blood found at a house on Stockbridge Road, Padiham, matched the DNA of Alan Lee Street, 26, but as yet no body has been discovered.
Police want to speak to Alan Palmer, 43, the owner of the house, and Peter Leonard, 51, who is also local.
Kieran Davison, of Stockbridge Road, has been charged with Mr Lee's murder.
Mr Davison appear before Burnley Magistrates Court on Wednesday morning, where he was remanded in custody until a hearing on 18 March.
Det Supt Neil Hunter, leading the investigation, said: "We need to speak to both Mr Leonard and Mr Palmer in relation to this incident as a matter of urgency.
"I do believe that the two men may be together."
Mr Palmer works as a long-distance lorry driver and detectives said they believe the pair could have travelled anywhere in the country.
Neither have been seen since Saturday.
Officers are also looking for Mr Palmer's car, a blue Mitsubishi Colt with the registration PE58 OJY.
Mr Palmer is described as 5ft 11ins (1.8m) tall, of medium build and with dark brown, receding hair.
He has brown eyes and several tattoos on his left arm depicting a snake head, a bull, an eagle snake and a swallow.
Mr Leonard is around 5ft 8ins (1.7m) tall, with blue eyes and light brown hair, cropped very short.
He has a two-inch scar on his nose, "love" tattooed on the knuckles of his left hand, and "Heidi" on the back of the same hand.
