New plans for the future of the seafront at St Anne's in Lancashire are available to view for the first time.
Details of the masterplan have been put on Fylde Council's website ahead of a meeting of the Planning Policy Scrutiny Committee at the town hall next week.
Proposals for the town's redevelopment include a hotel, restaurants and cafes as well as a bowling facility and gym.
A presentation about the plans will be made during the meeting, which is open to the public, next Thursday evening.

The proposals also include space for a separate major visitor attraction. One suggestion mooted for the tourist attraction is a golfing themed museum experience which would tie in with the town's golfing heritage.
"The site has a lot to offer"
The plans all retain the boating lake and include better access to the seafront to encourage visitors to go there as it is currently dominated by a large expanse of car parking and buildings.
Councillor Simon Renwick, of Fylde Borough Council, said: "The site has a lot to offer and the planned developments will enable visitors and residents alike to get the most out of the area without detracting from the other attractions and facilities surrounding it."
The council wants to hear the views of residents and is asking people to leave their comments on its website's online forums.
The views of councillors and the pubic will be considered by the council's cabinet in September.
