Cyclist suffers serious injuries

A cyclist has suffered serious head and chest injuries following a collision on a road in Kent.

Police said the 45-year-old man was involved in a collision with a car in Toys Hill, near Westerham.

He was flown by air ambulance to a hospital in London in a critical condition. The driver of the car was reportedly uninjured.

Officers are examining the circumstances surrounding the accident and have appealed for witnesses.
