Appeal over sex attack on train

The man police would like to speak to Police have released a CCTV still of a man they want to talk to in connection with the sexual assault of a teenage boy on a train in Kent.

The 16-year-old was attacked as he travelled between Tonbridge and Paddock Wood on 12 May last year.

The man officers want to speak to was filmed on CCTV on a platform at Paddock Wood station.

He is described as white, 6ft, with short hair. He was wearing a shirt, blue jeans and brown trainers.

British Transport Police said the boy had boarded the train at Tonbridge at about 1500 GMT and was approached by a man who asked to sit next to him.

The man then allegedly stroked the victim's leg before sexually assaulting him, said police.

The teenager got off the train at Paddock Wood.
