Men deny killing postmaster's son

Craig Hodson-Walker

Four men have denied killing a sub-postmaster's son during an armed robbery in Worcestershire.

Anselm Ribera, 34, Adrian Snape, 25, Christopher Morrissey, 32, and Declan Morrissey, 33, also deny the attempted murder of Craig Hodson-Walker's father.

Mr Hodson-Walker, 29, died in the raid at Fairfield Post Office on 9 January. His father, Ken, was shot in the leg.

The four accused, all from the West Midlands, have been remanded in custody until a trial on 6 October.

Adrian Snape, of Camelot Way, Small Heath, admitted attempting to rob Mr Hodson-Walker and his parents.

Anselm Ribera, of Druids Heath, Birmingham, Christopher Morrissey, of Elmay Road, Sheldon, and his brother Declan Morrissey, of Shirley Park Road, Shirley, denied the charge.

All four also denied possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Declan and Christopher Morrissey also pleaded not guilty to a robbery alleged to have taken place on 1 December.
