Body by motorway was missing girl

A body found by a motorway junction in Worcestershire has been identified as a missing 16-year-old girl, police said.

Jade Tyler, who was reported missing on 27 December, was found dead next to junction 6 of the M5 on Thursday.

West Mercia Police said detectives were not treating the death as suspicious at this stage.

Results of a post-mortem examination have proved inconclusive and further tests are needed, a police spokesman said.
