Arrests after car vandalism spate

Two men have been arrested after dozens of cars were damaged in one night in a Herefordshire village.

Thirty-six cars were affected between late Friday night and 0100 GMT on Saturday in Kingstone.

A group of youths went around the village, scratching the side of numerous cars, slashing tyres and smashing a windscreen, police believe.

The two arrested men, who are both aged 18, are on police bail, a West Mercia Police spokesperson added.
