Final stage of canal work begins
The final stage of a £12m project to restore a section of Worcestershire's canals is due to get under way.
A tunnel is to be re-forged underneath the A449, allowing the Barge Canal from Droitwich and the River Severn to be linked again.
The old bridge crossing was filled in during World War II.
Motorists are warned there are likely to be delays on the A449, the Worcester to Kidderminster road, until the work finishes in June next year.
