Cheese valued at £15,000 stolen

Cheese worth £15,000 has been stolen from a lorry in Hereford.

The vehicle was parked up overnight, next to the A49 at the top of the Callow.

As the driver slept thieves broke into the back and took a number of pallets containing the cheese between 1110 BST on Thursday and 0700 BST on Friday.

Police said a large vehicle was probably used to take the cheese. They are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
