The cubs, three females and one male called Kiara, Lara, Toto and Casper, were born in August last year.
They were bred at the West Midland Safari Park near Bewdley, Worcs, to mother Maryn who was brought to the park in 2004 with three others.
White lions are a rare mutation of a species found in South Africa. There are as few as 70 in the world.
'Magnificent sight'
Legends in their native Timbavati say that once every 100 years magical white lions will be born, bringing joy to those who witness it.
A safari park spokeswoman said: "To experience the birth of four cubs, following their arrival, is a dream come true for the park and its team of keepers.
"All four cubs have a calm and friendly personality - just like mum Maryn - and make a magnificent sight."
They will be on public view at the park from Saturday when it reopens after its winter break.
