Bestival fun despite poor weather
Bestival, the last of the summer's major UK music festivals, has got under way on the Isle of Wight despite the poor weather.
Amy Winehouse is the Saturday night headliner following My Bloody Valentine on Friday.
Underworld will close the event on Sunday night.
Last year, more than 30,000 people watched acts including the Chemical Brothers, Primal Scream and the Beastie Boys perform on the island.
Curated by BBC Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank, the three-day event, is now in its fifth year.
Other acts include Hot Chip, Will Young, Santogold, The Coral, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Late Of The Pier and Does It Offend You Yeah?
