Man subjected to sexual assault

Underpass A man has been subjected to a serious sexual assault in a Hampshire city.

The 25-year-old victim was attacked in the early hours of Sunday morning as he walked through an underpass in the Lordshill area of Southampton.

Police have cordoned off the crime scene and the victim is being interviewed by officers.

Detectives have appealed for witnesses and said people walking or driving in Boniface Close on Saturday night may have seen the attackers.
