Missing wife man's bail extended

Kate Prout

A man who was arrested on suspicion of murdering his missing wife has had his bail extended by police.

Adrian Prout, 45, was arrested twice in connection with the disappearance of his 55-year-old wife Kate.

She was last seen at the couple's farmhouse in Redmarley in November and despite extensive police searches no trace of her has been found.

On Tuesday, Mr Prout reported back to police to answer his bail and has been re-bailed until 30 January.
