Fatal collision pedestrian named

Stephen Ferbrache

A pedestrian who died when he was struck by a car near Cheltenham has been named as Stephen Ferbrache.

Mr Ferbrache, 38, who lived in Grove Street, Cheltenham was hit by a Peugeot at midnight on the B4632 between Cheltenham and Winchcombe on 16 July.

An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned on Monday, 21 July.

The driver and the passenger, in the Peugeot people carrier that collided with Mr Ferbrache, were not injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
