Party fire engine put up for sale

Interior of the Party Pump fire engine A fire engine which has been converted into a mobile party venue complete with interior fireman's pole is to be auctioned.

Les Baldwin, a former firefighter in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and Tim Cox came up with the idea for the decommissioned Dennis SS Fire Engine.

The Party Pump has been fitted out with a champagne bar, smoke machine and 1,000 watt sound system.

The closing date for the fire engine sale online is 4 April.
