Town's Literature Festival begins

Famous authors and actors will be in Cheltenham for the next 10 days for the town's annual Literature Festival.

Dame Judi Dench, Michael Palin and Sir Ranulph Fiennes are among the big names attending the event.

Organisers said they hoped to sell more than 80,000 tickets for this year's festival, which is exploring the theme of change.

Alongside the debates and talks, there will also be two free family Fun Days and events for children.
