Roadworks under way for the A40
Work to improve a main road in Gloucestershire at a cost of £5m has started.
Work to resurface the A40 in Cheltenham between Montpellier Terrace and Sandford Road is the first part of six stages of work to improve the A-road.
The road will be closed between these two points and diversions are already in place.
The scheme involves major resurfacing between the Arle Court roundabout and London Road through Charlton Kings.
