Four arrested in bank card raids

Four people have been arrested by police on suspicion of high-value bank card fraud in a series of raids in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Three men aged 38, 36 and 28, and a woman, 25, all from Cheltenham, are alleged to have stolen cheque books and cards and used them fraudulently.

A police spokesman said Thursday morning's raids were the culmination of an nine-month investigation.

All four are helping detectives with their inquiries.
