Four on road bridge danger charge

Four people have been charged with endangering road users after objects were thrown from bridges in Essex.

Three men, 24, 25 and 30, and an 18-year-old woman, all from Romford, are also accused of criminal damage after the alleged offences in Brentwood.

Objects were thrown from bridges over the M25 and A12 on Thursday, Essex Police said.

All four have been given police bail to appear at Basildon Magistrates' Court later this month.
