Murder charges over body in flat

Two men have been charged with the murder of a man who was found strangled and stabbed in a flat in Essex.

Graham Reeve, who was 55 and from Charles Pell Road, Colchester, was found on Monday in an uninhabited flat, also in Charles Pell Road.

Danny Howsego, 35, from Stanley Wooster Way, Colchester, and 21-year-old Jon Williams, of no fixed address, have both been charged with murder.

They will appear before Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Friday.
