A building has collapsed at a luxury housing development site in Dorset.
The Health and Safety Executive was understood to be investigating the collapse of a four-storey house in Mudeford, Christchurch Harbour.
No one was injured in the incident on Saturday afternoon although the adjacent road has been closed as a precautionary measure.
The cause of the collapse has yet to be established. Four-bedroom homes, worth £1.4m each, are being built there.
In a statement, developers Midas Group, said: "[Our] first and highest priority regarding the Iridium development in Christchurch is health and safety for the local community.
"Midas Group has stopped all work in the local area and is investigating the cause of the single house that has collapsed.
"The adjacent road has been closed as a precautionary measure and Midas Group is eliminating any possible further problems on the site.
"The debris will be cleared from the affected area as soon as possible. The site is expected to reopen on Tuesday."
