Youths bailed over serious attack

Three 15-year-old boys arrested in connection with an attack which left a man seriously ill in hospital in north Devon have been released on bail.

The 38-year-old victim was assaulted at the Kenwith Valley Reservoir in Bideford on Monday night.

He was taken to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth where his condition is described as serious.

Three teenagers questioned on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm have been bailed until 2 September.
