Family tribute to mother of five

Margaret Given

The family of a mother of five who died after being trapped under a van in Plymouth's shopping area have paid tribute to her.

Margaret Given, 58, from the city, became trapped in the pedestrianised part of New George Street on Thursday 27 November.

She was taken to the city's Derriford Hospital for treatment but died later that day.

Her children said she was a "loving mother" and "one of us".

The family statement read: "A loving mother of five, you were one of us, but found time to bring up five lovely children.

"We all love you and will miss you dearly."
