Four bailed over loaded gun find

Four people arrested during an operation targeting gun and gang crime in Derby have been released on bail pending further police inquiries.

A loaded gun, ammunition and drugs were found in a house in Coleridge Street on Wednesday morning, police said.

A 41-year-old woman, two 18-year-old men and a 17-year-old youth were arrested at the property.

Operation Redshank was set up in response to a series of incidents in which guns were fired.
