Two arrested over boy's shooting

Two youths have been arrested in connection with the killing of Derby teenager Kadeem Blackwood.

The 15-year-old and 17-year-old, both from Derby, were arrested on Friday, Derbyshire Police said.

Kadeem, 15, was shot in the chest with a shotgun near a park on 11 November as he was walking with friends.

Michael Hamblett-Sewell, 19, and Callum Campbell, 18, both of Derby have been charged with his murder. They have both been remanded in custody.

A 48-year-old woman has been charged with assisting an offender and Ashley Campbell, 23, was remanded in custody on Wednesday also charged with assisting an offender.

A 20-year-old man arrested earlier has been bailed pending further inquiries.
